IBA Tax Professionals was established in 2018, and we have implemented virtual and mobile services to officially launch within the 2023 annual tax filing season and consistently innovated to operate in compliance with federal tax laws. 


Our virtual platform provides clients the freedom, convenience, and flexibility to e-file their IRS tax return with just a photo of their W2 or 1099, right from their cell phone or any other mobile device. 

  




New Location

The new private office for Aldes Brooks, tax specialist and accountant of IBA, is located in the beautifully renovated Abbott Building, located in the heart of downtown LaGrange, Georgia. Our office provides a professional environment for our clients to receive engaging consultations in an intimate, confidential office setting. 

 

 

Meet Our Owner 

 

"IBA derives from "Inspired By Aldes". The history behind our company name serves as a motivational business endeavor to encourage others to inspire themselves."


The owner, Aldes Brooks a long-time resident of Georgia, has many years of working in both public and private accounting. With a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ashford University, Aldes tenured 2 years in private accounting for a multimillion-dollar company before opening her first accounting and tax practice in 2018.   

Aldes obtains 20 years of customer service experience in the tax and corporate finance industry. She specializes in individual and small business tax preparation, planning, and strategies. Her primary focus and passion involve helping individuals and small businesses maximize more efficient tax strategies. She enjoys educating and offering transparent advice to clients about their financial obligations regarding the cash flow of their businesses and personal finances. In addition, her services capabilities extend to working closely with clients and their financial advisors on wealth management and retirement strategies.






As a tax professional, Aldes has helped hundreds of clients by providing confidential, affordable, and timely services that are convenient. She's active in the community by supporting and expanding awareness to causes that help the youth by serving as a Troup County CASA volunteer. Following tax season and outside of her commitment to the IBA clientele, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
